Q. How many Personalized Letters from Santa can I order?
A. There is no limit to the number of letters you can order. Just count how many people you want to make smile this holiday season and there you go! And in case you have more than one child in the house to send to, there are different versions so they all don't look the same.
Q. What kind of letters do you offer?
A. We offer three Personalized Letters from Santa, all on Christmas paper and all sent directly from the North Pole. Our first Santa Claus letter is for any kid under the sun - just to tell 'em that you love 'em. We mention things that nobody else would know ~ you choose what to write, we send it. We also have an optional paragraph that you write yourself to add a further personalized touch to your letter at no extra charge.
For baby's first Christmas, we have a special letter customized for the new bundle, again featuring an optional paragraph where you can tell the little one exactly how you felt the day you 'met'…Great addition to baby's first books and a wonderful keepsake to share when they grow up!
Last but not least, we have a special letter that you can send to friends, neighbors, or colleagues, just to let them know you care. Use this letter for a heartfelt message, a spoof, or a secret admirer…this letter is customized and written mostly by you and adds stuff like ~ P.S. Don't bother with the cookies - I prefer cash. Q. How does it work?
A. After you place your order, the letters that you choose will pop up and you just fill in the blanks and click ‘done’. It’s that easy!
Q. Are Personalized Letters from Santa edited or screened for spelling and grammatical errors?
A. No. You are fully responsible for filling in the blanks to say exactly what you want to say. There will be no changes made, so if you make errors they will print out exactly the same in your child’s letter.
Q. How about the optional paragraph?
A. You MUST write the whole paragraph exactly as you would like it to appear in your child’s letter.
Q. What happens after I click ‘done’?
A. If you ordered more than one letter, the next one will pop up until you are finished filling out all Letters from Santa ordered. When you have filled them all, the letters are sent along to my elves who address them and send them off to the North Pole for delivery.
Q. When can I expect my child to receive his/her Personalized Letter from Santa?
A. All letters ordered by December 10th will arrive before Christmas Eve. The earlier you order, the sooner it arrives. All orders received Dec 11th and 12th will be postmarked Santa Claus , IN
Q. Will I know exactly what is in the letter before my child receives it?
A. You will see exactly what the letter says when you fill out the blanks. Your child’s letter will read exactly as you fill it out. So be careful about that spelling!
Q. How about the Phone Call from Santa? How does that work?
A. You will be asked to schedule your call at the time of order. All calls will take place before December 20th and last approximately 2 – 3 minutes, depending on your child’s response. You fill out the info Santa will speak about, just as in the letters, except your child may interact with Santa, LIVE on the phone.
Q. So Santa is speaking live? It’s not pre-recorded?
A. Yes. Santa is live on the other end. No pre-recorded Santa’s here! Santa will call and mention all of the information requested by you.
Q. What if I miss my child’s scheduled time for Santa’s Phone call? Will Santa call back?
A. No. We ask that you schedule a specific time in a 30 minute slot for Santa to call your child. To ensure that every child gets to enjoy the Phone Call from Santa experience, we have to ask that you be ready for Santa’s call in your scheduled time slot, as we schedule thousands of calls. We want your child to experience the magic, but timeliness is very important. If you are not there to receive your Phone call from Santa during the 30 minutes allotted, Santa will not call back and your call will be forfeited. No exceptions. No refunds.
Q. How long will the Phone Call from Santa last?
A. Your child’s Phone Call from Santa will last approximately 2 – 3 minutes, depending on the response from your child.
